Personal data
Privacy policy.
How data is processed while you browse and when you choose to contact us.
Updated 27 October 2026 · Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
This corporate website contains no profiling tools, behavioural advertising or visitor traffic analytics. The contact form copies your request to your device’s clipboard: the site does not store the fields on a server and does not send the message automatically.
1. Controller and contacts
The data controller is DigitalVisionair S.r.l., Via del Triopio 9, 00178 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT IT16400261000. For information about the processing or to exercise your rights: infodigitalvisionair.org. Certified email (PEC): digitalvisionairlegalmail.it.
2. Data and purposes
| Activity | Data and use | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Browsing | Technical data needed for communication, such as IP address, requested resource, date and time, browser and protocol characteristics. They are used to deliver the site, keep it working and manage security. | Legitimate interest in the operation and protection of the site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. |
| Requests for information and quotes | Name, email, area of interest and the text you choose to send. They are used to understand your request and reply to you. | Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, Art. 6(1)(b); for business-to-business contacts, legitimate interest in handling professional communications, Art. 6(1)(f). |
| Obligations and protection of rights | Information relevant to applicable obligations, requests from authorities or the need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. | Legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c), or legitimate interest in protecting rights, Art. 6(1)(f), depending on the specific purpose. |
3. How the contact form works
Filling in the form is optional. The “Copy the request” button processes the fields in your browser and copies the text to your device’s clipboard. You can paste it into an email, check it, edit it and decide whether to send it. The site’s code does not keep the fields in a database, in cookies or in the browser’s persistent storage.
If you choose to send the email, the data is received in DigitalVisionair’s mailbox and processed to handle your request. The sender’s and recipient’s email services are also involved. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters, does not feed marketing campaigns and does not pass the fields to artificial intelligence models.
For a first request, your contact details and a short description of the project are enough. Not providing sufficient information may prevent a relevant reply. Autofill and draft-saving features of your browser or email program depend on the settings of those tools.
4. Recipients and hosting
The data may be accessed by people authorised by the controller and, to the extent necessary, by hosting, email and IT support providers. Their roles are set according to the activity they perform, including through agreements under Article 28 GDPR when they act as processors.
DigitalOcean, Amsterdam region, the Netherlands has been chosen to publish this version. The development preview runs locally. Fonts, images and videos in this version are served by the site itself: browsing does not automatically load Google Fonts, CloudFront videos, social widgets or third-party players.
Hosting the content in Amsterdam does not, on its own, rule out international processing related to support or sub-processing. The DigitalOcean DPA describes the roles, sub-processors and safeguards that apply, including the use of the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Information on the actual recipients and the relevant safeguards can be requested from the controller.
5. Retention
The form fields stay in the page’s memory only for the time needed to prepare the text to copy, with no application storage on the server. The site’s code does not keep a visit log and does not store contact requests in a web archive.
Messages actually sent are kept for as long as needed to handle and close the request and any relationship that follows. The criteria are the end of the exchange, any related needs that remain, applicable obligations and any need to protect legal rights. Any technical infrastructure data is kept for the period needed for delivery, diagnostics and the handling of security events, according to the actual configurations and purposes.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, write to the controller’s contacts; your request will be handled within the time limits set by the GDPR.
You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or contact the competent authority. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is taken automatically through this site.
7. Cookies, links and featured services
See the cookie policy for technical details. Links to products, social networks and partner sites are ordinary links: those services open only if you decide to visit them, and their own policies apply. The use of the products and any professional engagements are governed by the specific information and agreements of the relevant service.
8. Updates
This policy describes the site configuration as of the update date. If new features are added or the processing changes, this information will be updated before they are activated.
