Artificial intelligence

AI transparency.

Illustrative content, featured services and responsibilities in the use of artificial intelligence.

Updated 27 October 2026

The corporate website presents activities, products and services. On these pages there are no chatbots or AI agents to interact with, no document uploads for AI analysis and no automated decisions about visitors. The contact form does not send the fields to AI models.

The illustrative photo of our collaborators

The photograph accompanying “A network of specialists” was generated with artificial intelligence. It is a generic depiction of professional collaboration and does not document a meeting or the actual collaborators. Its origin is also stated in the caption and in the alternative text on the site.

The portraits of Laura Cappello and Raffaello Maria Del Re are the original photographs used for their profiles. Product screenshots are presented as previews or demonstrations, as stated in their captions.

A provenance record for the illustrative content is also available.

Editorial responsibility and products

The content of the site is published under the editorial responsibility of DigitalVisionair. The linked products are separate services: information on how they work, the data they process and their terms of use should be read on their own sites and in their agreements. Their presentation on this site does not replace the assessment of each system and of how it is used.

AI Act and context of use

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 sets different obligations depending on the system, its use and the role of provider or deployer. Article 50 concerns, where applicable, transparency in interactions and in generated or manipulated content. A generic acceptance of browsing does not replace these obligations.

The AI literacy and training required by Article 4 concern the people who operate systems on behalf of providers and deployers. Product governance requires specific activities and documentation, beyond the information on the corporate website.

Professional review and personal data

The output of AI tools requires checks appropriate to the case and to the purpose of use. The reversible replacement of identifiers with placeholders, described for JusVeritas, is referred to as pseudonymisation: it does not automatically make documents anonymous and does not exclude the application of the GDPR.
